One of the primary reasons for children's declining attention spans is the widespread use of digital devices. Smartphones, social media, and online games provide constant stimulation, making traditional classroom activities seem comparatively dull. As a result, many students become accustomed to receiving instant gratification and find it challenging to remain focused on tasks that require sustained mental effort. Another significant factor is the use of outdated teaching approaches. In many schools, lessons rely heavily on lengthy lectures and rote memorisation, which often fail to engage students actively. Consequently, children lose interest and become distracted, particularly when they cannot see the practical relevance of what they are learning.

Several measures can be taken to tackle this problem effectively.
