The pie charts compare the opinions of undergraduate and postgraduate students regarding the range of books and non-print materials available in a university library, categorised into three levels of satisfaction: very good, satisfaction, and not good.

Regarding the range of books, undergraduates were less positive than postgraduates. Only 37% of undergraduates rated the book selection as very good, while 35% expressed satisfaction and 28% considered it not good. In contrast, postgraduates held a notably more favourable view, with exactly half (50%) rating the range as very good, compared to just 28% who were satisfied and 22% who were dissatisfied.

A clear reversal is evident in opinions on non-print materials. Here, undergraduates were considerably more critical, with 68% rating these resources as not good, 20% expressing satisfaction, and only 12% describing them as very good. Postgraduates, however, were far more content with non-print materials than their undergraduate counterparts: 62% rated them as satisfactory, while 22% were dissatisfied and 16% rated them very good.

Overall, postgraduates appear more satisfied with the range of books than undergraduates, whereas the reverse pattern emerges for non-print materials, where undergraduate opinion is markedly more negative than that of postgraduates.
