The provided diagrams illustrate the different arrangements of a training room for two specific group sizes: up to ten people (Plan A) and more than ten people (Plan B).

Overall, it is clear that while both plans share basic features like an entrance and a whiteboard, the organization of seating and the location of the morning tea area differ significantly to accommodate larger groups.

In Plan A, designed for smaller groups, the tables are arranged in a "U-shape" in the center of the room, with the presenter's chair placed directly in front of them. The whiteboard is located on the wall next to the entrance. Interestingly, the morning tea station is situated at the very back of the room, away from the main seating area.

In contrast, Plan B for larger groups shows a more spread-out layout. The seating is divided into two separate rows of three tables and a small block of four chairs at the back. To make space, the morning tea area is moved to the top-left corner, near the whiteboard. Furthermore, the presenter's chair and the whiteboard have swapped positions compared to Plan A, with the presenter now sitting in the middle of the room.
