The maps illustrate how the layout of the small theater changed between 2010 and 2012.
Overall, it can be observed that theatre became wider and several redevelopments occurred in the layout of the building, with the replacement of a cafe and the introduction of a new facility (showers).
In the northern part of the theatre, several changes took place. A storage room that was previously located in the top left corner was relocated to the top right corner, while the former site of the storage was occupied by a media room, which was initially situated along the northern walls and new showers were introduced nearby. A new hall was constructed in the former site of the media room.
Turning to the centre of the building, the stage was expanded but the auditorium remained relatively unchanged. In the southern part of the theatre, the cafe located to the right of the entrance was replaced by the ticket office, which was initially situated on the left. Furthermore, a new building for the admin office was constructed nearby and the former site of this was occupied by a restaurant.
Examiner feedback
This is a strong response that accurately captures all the major changes shown in the floor plans. The organization is logical and the language used to describe spatial transformations is sophisticated; however, some sentences are slightly over-extended, and minor grammatical slips prevent a higher score.
