The line graph shows the production of three forest industry products, namely timber, pulp and paper, in a European country between 1980 and 2000. The figures are given in million tonnes.

Overall, paper production increased during the period and became the highest at the end. Pulp also showed an upward trend, while timber production fluctuated and finished lower than its highest point.

In 1980, timber was produced at about 5 million tonnes, while paper and pulp were around 4 and 5.5 million tonnes, respectively. Timber production increased quickly and reached a peak of about 10 million tonnes in 1985. After that, it fell to around 8 million tonnes in 1990 and continued to fluctuate before ending at about 7.5 million tonnes in 2000.

Paper production rose steadily from 4 million tonnes in 1980 to about 7 million tonnes in 1990. It then increased to around 9 million tonnes in 1995. Although it dropped slightly in 1998, it rose sharply and finished at 12 million tonnes in 2000.

Pulp production was about 5.5 million tonnes in 1980. It fell to around 2.5 million tonnes in 1982 but then increased gradually. By 2000, it reached almost 10 million tonnes.
