The maps compare two-person and one-person student rooms at an Australian university.

Overall, it can be observed that student room for two people is wider, which offers additional space. While both rooms have all facilities (kitchen area, bathroom and beds), there is a bookshelf in the one-person room. Additionally, the two-person room includes cupboards, an extra study desk and bed, along with a table with chairs, which the one-person room lacks.

In the northern part of the room, there is a bathroom, study desk and bed along with windows in both rooms. While the kitchen area is located in the south in the one-person room, in the two-person room it is situated along the eastern walls.

Turning to the central area, there is an open space in the one-person room, whereas in the two-person room this space is occupied by a table with chairs and cupboards. Furthermore, in the south of the room there is an extra bed and study desk with a TV nearby in the two-person room, whereas in the one-person room there is TV on the wall. While the room rental is $200 per week for the one-person room, for the two-person room it is $350.
