The flow chart illustrates the production of coffee and how it is prepared for sale.

Overall, the process consists of 11 steps which can be divided into three stages; it begins with the collection of coffee beans, followed by processing the collected fruit, and culminates in the ready product inside jars.

In detail, coffee beans are collected from coffee plants, using a ladder as those trees are tall. Following this step, the collected beans are spread out on the ground, in order to dry them out. The beans that have dried in open air are then roasted using a special oven. Once this step is complete, they are cooled rapidly and ground before getting mixed with hot water.

Next, the mixture is strained and sent to a freezer. After that the frozen mixture is crushed and the mass is dried in a vacuum to completely remove water. Only then does the product become ready to be packed into jars and labelled as 'coffee'.
