The maps compare the current layout of a housing estate with its future redevelopment.

Generally, the overall layout is predicted to change considerably throughout the period. Leisure amenities, such as a tennis court and a lake, will be constructed and green areas are expected to be reduced. There will be structural redevelopments and new facilities for convenience will be added, namely flower garden and parking.

Regarding now, the main road is situated on the top of the map, which is projected to remain in the future. A semi-oval private road is located just below the main road, which contains houses and trees. There are four-bedroom houses and greenery distributed across the whole housing estate.

In terms of plans of reconstructions, a parking area is planned to the south of the housing estate. The private road is expected to form a semi-circular private road and be lined with trees and it will be connected to a landscaped garden, which is planned to be constructed near the center and surrounded by new houses. Two new facilities, a tennis court and a lake, are going to be built, on the north-east side for the former and on the north-west side for the latter. The four-bedroom houses will be demolished, while one, two, and three-bedroom houses will be built. Ultimately, the number of trees will be reduced, creating more space.
