The two maps illustrate the current layout of a housing estate and the proposed changes following its redevelopment.

Overall, the estate is set to undergo substantial transformation, with several new amenities being introduced and the existing four-bedroom houses being replaced by smaller properties. The private road will also be extended, while areas currently occupied by trees will be incorporated into the redesigned layout.

At present, the housing estate is relatively undeveloped. A number of four-bedroom houses are situated within an area of trees, and a private road provides access to the properties from the main road.

Following the proposed redevelopment, the western part of the estate will be transformed with the addition of a lake, while a tennis court will be constructed in the east. A parking area will also be provided in the southern section. The existing four-bedroom houses will be replaced by a mixture of one-, two-, and three-bedroom properties, creating a more varied residential layout.

Another major change will be the extension of the private road. It will be expanded to form a route around the central area, where a flower garden will be established. Meanwhile, the trees in the northern part of the estate will largely be incorporated into the new design, resulting in a more organised and diverse residential environment.
