The bar chart compares the percentage of people who attended the cinema on various days of the week in three different years: 2003, 2005, and 2007.

Overall, it is clear that the weekend was the most popular time for cinema-going throughout the entire period, with Saturday consistently attracting the highest attendance. In contrast, weekdays saw much lower figures, and cinema attendance on Fridays remained completely unchanged across all three years.

Looking at the weekends, Saturday peaked as the most popular day, starting at 40% in 2003, rising to its highest point of 45% in 2005, before dropping slightly to 42% in 2007. Sunday was the second most popular day, where attendance fluctuated between 30% and 34%. Meanwhile, the percentage of cinema-goers on Fridays stayed exactly the same at 30% in 2003, 2005, and 2007.

Turning to the weekdays, attendance numbers were significantly lower. On Mondays, the figures hovered between 10% and 14%. Tuesdays and Thursdays showed similar patterns, with attendance fluctuating around 15% to 20%. Wednesdays saw a steady decline over the period, dropping from about 16% in 2003 to just under 10% by 2007, making it the least popular day for cinema attendance overall.
